If you are not getting anything off these:

Maybe they have switched to this:

Scanner Frequencies: Lower Mainland Wide Area Radio (WARS) Trunking System, Vancouver, British Columbia

and it has not been documented yet. I remember somebody ranting in a post a while back to "not travel to BC" since there was nothing to listen to. He was a little miffed that the RCMP in his area had gone to Pro-Voice leaving scanners in the dark.
