Default South Okanagan RCMP
They don't use a trunked system. Plain old analog VHF repeaters.

If you input any of the frequencies listed here:

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

You should be able to hear some activity.
