I'm in the Webster/Crestwood/Oakland/Glendale area (I-44 and Big Bend) and can only get the very briefest snatches and fragments of transmissions. The earlier round of testing and prior (aborted) implementation - while still not really listenable - was much more accessible than it is now. I don't know if the current tests are low power or what, but if this is any indication reception in even the nearby suburbs is not looking promising.
