The TSA does follow a nationwide channel plan for the most part, but they have deviated from it in a couple of cities. DFW airport does use some non-standard channels, 169.1625 and 169.1875 reportedly. I have heard 169.1625 being used at Chicago O'Hare also, but have not seen it used much of anywhere else.
