I have heard that you have to be relatively close to the airport to listen to the repeaters, i know where i am they use 172.9000, but i have a pro 96 so i can't search the NAC, i am not sure if they are like the rest of the FED Agencies who use a standard NAC like 167 such as the FBI, I think that NTSB and FAA use standard NAC's for I/O, i am not sure if they use that for TSA too so they don't have to get all crazy programming the radios, i am pretty sure that FAA, NTSB and TSA are all VHF P25 and Analog, I also heard that most, if not all FED Agencies are moving to P25,
