i know that 169.3000 is used as an input for 172.9000 for TSA, i am unsure of the NAC, 409.9375 i have noted P25 activity in new york city and Nashville TN, I beleive it's US Postal Inspectors and Postal Police mixed, in NYC i remember that the dispatch was in the clear and the field was encrypted, in nashville it was full time DES, the federal protective service usually uses 417.2000 with 293 NAC, i heard that the FPS was dispatched on a linked system all the way from philly, through boston covering the NY, CT, MASS facilities they service, i don't know if anyone here can confirm that?
TSA might use 169.3000 as a simplex freq, but i know for sure it's a repeater input TX freq,
