For what its worth, in my situation, there was NOTHING I could seem to do to refresh the web page and get a link to show, I would log out and log back in, but it always kept me in an endless circle of trying to buy the package again. Finally, I realized that if I did a "mouse over" the link alias, the actual URL would reveal itself. So I manually typed that URL (revealed in the "mouse over") into the browser and it went to that site and solved my problem. So the actual "preculiar" thing was that when I 'clicked' the link, the browser did not go the intended link, but went to some sort of higher "root" URL. So maybe what I did to get around this will help someone else...
