I have purchased the 996Pro software, USB cable, and the Uniden 996T scanner. Having the unit programmed by Scannermaster, I would like to add some extra channels. The ARC software will not detect the unit, however the Uniden software works fine.

The USB is on COM1, at 115200 Baud, and still unable to detect the unit from the autodetect. Even the read from the unit will not work.

Any ideas?
