The Orwellian Republic of Korea is just spewing hot air.

Remember, every time they try to construct a device to deliver their weak payloads, it blows up on the launch pad or very shortly after liftoff.

Another side note about the war: It was actually the South Korean leader Syngman Rhee who refused to sign the 1953 Armistice, therefore, there's still technically a state of war between North and South, even all these years later.

As for these journalists, I don't know what Kim Jong-Crazy and his cabal are thinking.

This listening in the run-up to a restart of major hostilities is going to get very interesting, indeed. Hearing it in relatively poor English from the North is slightly amusing, since I feel it adds to their wackiness, whereas the South's broadcasts I have to record and ask my Korean friends to translate.
