I wish they would get rid of encrypted. I can see it sometimes for security reasons my local PD has securenet and me and a few other guys have tried to crack it but it just changes the encryption code on every encrypted transmission it would take us years to figure it out. I heard that the officers get on there though and abuse it and talk about non law enforcement related stuff which could get them in trouble since every bit of traffic is recorded.
