EDACS systems should start on xx1

Motorola & LTR systems can start on xx0

If you run 2 trunk systems in the same bank they both must be the same type

Since you'll have talkgroups for both systems they can not share TGIDs (dec or hex). More than likely the first of duplicated TGIDs would be the one to display.....

For example - If ya had the.....
Local Fuzz MO TRS with 6 freqs in 000 - 005
006 set to FM and unlocked 0.0000MHz
Pizza Hut MO TRS with 6 freqs in 007 - 012

Fuzz Dispatch TGID - 1002
Pizza Hut Delivery TGID - 1002

Since the TGIDs are duplicated you'd hafta assume that the scanner would "see" and display the first one it saw.

So if the Pizza Hut sent a pie to your house it would look like the police just dispatched the pizza guy.

If Pizza Hut was first it'd sound like they were dispatching the cops!

Clear as mud?

All fun aside, I have a Pro 97 & 2055 programmed with 2 LTR systems in the same bank with no duplicate TGIDs and it works fine. I also have another bank with 2 MOTO systems and it works fine as well.

I hope GRE releases a non P25 version of the PSR500 to replace the PSR300/400 - Pro164/163...............20 scanlists, dynamic memory & V-folders would rock!!!

It's not delivery, it's Digiorno!
