If you can get Jim (at CAT) to respond at all, you will get a run-around. The bottom line is that the software doesn't work well at all, and will not program a Pro-96 or 2096 properly in any case (read the attachment to this
post). I was unaware there was any connection to RR from Scancat Lite at all, see if you can get your money back and buy Win96 from
Starrsoft.
