There are several options here, but none are as simple as you may be thinking about. You can use a DTV converter box to translate the signal to channel 3 or 4 (generally) analog signal and pick it up that way. Many TV stations have web links to get video feeds of locally produced content and many of the network shows have web feeds of their shows as well.

You can also get a DTV tuner for your PC to receive the signals that way. These are available in both cards that install in your PC and others that use USB to connect to your PC or laptop.
