Puerto Rico down in the noise.
speedboat: "Roger Puerto Rico request frequency for h f voice check."
speedboat: "Copy Puerto Rico one one two two zero over."
switching to 11220 - speedboat: "Roger Puerto Rico good copy over"
Puerto Rico down in the noise then everybody faded.
