I can get some conversations by using conventional and loading the Freqs in the table by hand but this seems hit or miss. Any ideas? Thanks
Just out of sheer curiosity, why not download the WIN500 software and take it for a 30-day free trial drive? I just imported Luke AFB into my WIN500 software and uploaded it to my PSR-600 without a hitch. Of course, I cannot test the reception because of my location, but loading the scanner was flawless.

I have an illustrated help file here with instructions on how to import conventional frequencies not belonging to a system, here.

If nothing else, you will get a chance to compare programming software and it won't cost you anything.
