the BIZ files are compressed versions of the BIN and DSP files. They're not in the radio as such, they're just used as distribution & archiving files and will only live on your PC hard disc.
ADI files relate to MRK and Orion only, so you don't need these for LPE200 - but if you have a MRK or Orion, simply replace DSP below with ADI. If your MRK or Orion doesn't have an ADI file, thats fine... but if it does, back it up along with everything else. A LPE200 will always have a DSP file.

I think the important files to backup are:
*.BIN (the flash, or 'operating system' of your LPE)
*.DSP (the DSP software files, necessary for any LPE wether or not it has digital voice options)
*.ENC (located in your 'backup' directory - this is the feature encryption string)
*.TRK (also located in your 'backup' directory - this is your tracking data)
*.TRS (located in your 'Sets' directory - the individual trunked system set files)
*.CVS (also located in your 'Sets' directory - these are the conventional frequency set files)
and finally
*.PER file (in the Pers directory, this is the overall personallity file that references to the *.TRS and *.CVS files above to create the whole picture)
I would also do the following:
Read your feature encryption string using RadioMaint, cut & paste to a text document. Read your tracking data using RadioMaint, cut & paste to a text document. In the Features menu of the radio, get the Serial ROM # and also record the options installed, CNVCHN#, SYSGRP# and TRKSYS# (just for interests sake). Also make note of the radio serial number on the back chassis underneath the battery (something like UA30009ABC or 0009ABC). Put all that in a text file and keep it with the other files. It doubles up on recording some information, but I sometimes find it handy to refer to without loading up RadioMaint or ProGrammer.
And one more thing that I thought of, though I'm not sure if they'll be saved when you read the config from the radio: *.SC4 files. These add in minor functionality to ProGrammer and as a result will affect the config written to the radio. But if you then read that config into a different PC, I don't think the SC4 file is recreated.
