What if the radio is missing the serial number sticker more specifically early to mid 90's (I think), Icom hand held? I know that bike licenses if removed can still be found on the bike. Do radios have this at all or any other way to get the serial number for it? And for others or future reference feel free to include all types and years. I know that there are newer ones that have it in the radio electronically.
Also is there a united states Stolen Equipment Database. And one that has listings from the mid to late 90's? I'll do a search when I get home but if someone knows list them all. I'll bookmark The Rig Register but it doesn't have what i'm specifically looking for right now, I checked the site out.
