You're doing fine. Follow Steve's link to
http://www.geocities.com/scanseva/ and then follow the links to va beach. Start off by putting the control channels in only. They are the ones in the red, and there are 4. I've never used a pro433, but if it's like the other RS scanners you'll probably need to select the mode (motorola for this one) and then enter the talk groups.
