Here is what you do:
Take the AFS (Agency Fleet Subfleet) format, or the DEC (Decimal) format as your Talkgroup ID, since EDACS uses one or the other for its TG ID's.

DEC- 561
The MODE refers to is it A (Analog), D (Digital), or E (Encrypted)
Never mind the Zone, its just what the typical Alpha Tag display on a scanner would be.

The Description is just telling you what the TG is used for. (Like an enhanced alpha tag
