From what I can tell, your openings tonight are more eastwardly toward the Memphis area. I'm not familiar with agencies in that area, but here's what I came up with based on my knowledge and what clues you were able to give:

154.280 - 100.0 - unknown Typically a Common Fire Mutual Aid Channel
155.730 - 173.8 - unknown If the time frame on this one was between 7:30PM and 8:00PM it could be Lincoln County, MO doing an evening Test Page for their fire departments. The frequency itself is Missouri Sheriff's Net and is used by many different counties throughout the state.
155.8425 - 123.0 - Olive Branch Mississippi Was Mentioned Twice There is a city called Olive Branch in Mississippi (near Memphis), but I can't find the source of the transmission.
155.580 - 118.8 & 192.8 - PD somewhere, Naming off DL's The 118.8 PL could be Hannibal, MO PD (Marion County)
154.235 - 192.8 - Millington Oaks APT's, Navy Road & Harold, Engine 335 and Unit 44 - Pregnant Female call Shelby County, TN Fire Dispatch (Memphis area)
