I see the problem you are having from the screen shots.
In the main display you only have the "[A]" TrunkBank enabled, but in the Control Channel's "[Control]" Tab, under the "TB" (T...) column, I can see that all Talk Groups are still assigned to the "[?]" - New Talk Groups "TrunkBank".
For now, you might as well Enable "All TrunkBanks" [A][B]..[Z] and [?] by Left-Clicking each Blue Box once. They will cycle colors each time you click it. Blue = NOT Enabled, Green = Enabled and Orange = Active Call in this TrunkBank.
I can email you files for SouthZone, NorthZone and EastZone RCS sites if you like. I have most Talk Groups assigned to a TrunkBank. Plus a bunch of the Radio ID's have a valid description...
