Unhappy BaseStation Reporter Error ... Help

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can provide some assistance or guidance on solving my problem with this program, please.

I am using the Kinetics SBS-3. Everything was working great on my laptop, then for some reason it failed. I tried completely unloading and reloading Base Station in the hopes it would fix the problem. It didn't I can at least get Base Station to run, but everytime I try to run Base Station Reporter it fails. See the attached files for the pop-up responses from the software.

I know there is nothing wrong with the box, as I have it currently connected to my main computer. I would like to run it once again on the laptop

I tried contacting Kinetics directly, a couple of times ... NO RESPONSE !

I tried to get an account setup on the Kinetics Forum ... NO RESPONSE !

I appreciate any help in this matter,

Well, I found the answer buried in a similar query from someone using an SBS-1 in 2007. Apparently, using the installation the first time from Kinetic and everything is fine. Uninstall and reinstall, and somehow, the SQB file is no longer found by the BaseStationReporter.exe. I can at least access a copy of the SQB if I place it in the same directory as the executeable file. Wow, long way around to fix the problem on the laptop. Now, I'm going to have to copy the DB from the main computer to the laptop, everytime I go mobile, if I want to keep everything up to date. Ah well.....
