I have heard ACARS data, or something that sounds like it, on 129.525 recently.
I have also seen it listed as "common user de-icing".
It's not in the ACARS list in the wiki ACARS - The RadioReference Wiki. I don't know how current that list is.
At DFW 129.525 is on the same license as the other ACARS frequencies. http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?fccCallsign=WRF7
That would be the (pretty much) North America wide frequency for Rockwell-Collins/ARINC's conventional ACARS network. If ACARS service exists in any given location on the continent 131.550 MHz will typically be the main or only frequency provided by R-C/ARINC.
That link is way obsolete. The current ARINC VHF/HF charts (which don't show ACARS coverage) are available at Air/Ground Domestic Voice Service
on the right side of the page under Jeppesen charts.
