Default Quad City Iowa Airshow Frequencies

Anyone know what frequencies would be good to monitor for the Quad City Airshow in Iowa (Welcome to the Quad City Air Show .:. 2009 / 23rd EDITION). Since the 2009 season has started, I figure some of you might have caught some of the current frequencies. I haven't found anything current, mostly stuff from last year.

Anyway, here are all the performers attending:

Dale Snort Snodgrass
Franklin\'s Flying Circus
Indy Boys fna Speed for Hire
John Klatt
Mike Wiskus & the Lucas Oil Pitts
Mohr Barnstorming
Otto & the United Team
Stuntwork Airshows
TBM-3E Avenger
US Army Golden Knights - Black Team
USAF A-10 West Demo
USMC AV-8 Harrier Demo
USN Blue Angels
Vertigo Airshows - Bob Carlton
Warbird Heritage Foundation

I'm sure each has their own frequency in addition to the airboss. I was planning trying out my new HD video camera and then having my van record the audio for the video. We'll see how that works out.

I saw that right after I posted the message. Those are based on last year's shows. Just curious if anyone ran into any changes at any of this years shows.

I have been using last year's list for over 25 year's and it work's for me.
You have to have a starting point.
If all else fail's use the SEARCH button.

I've attended this show several times in the past. Check the Iowa forum for reports of frequencies in use during past years.

The good news about this show is the Davenport airport is in an RF quiet area so signal stalking/close call will find you most of the frequencies in use at the show. In past years, the air boss has been set up right near the fence so snagging his/her freqs. has been easy. The performers have also staged along the fence and they'll test their radios before they go airborne so you should be able to find their air-to-air.

Start with the list from MT and go from there. Arrive early and with a little signal stalking, you should have most of the freqs in use by the time the flying starts, including those being used by the vendors!

Enjoy!
