Although this is a great site to listen to the Operators of this site are extremely biased toward the Enroute(ARTCC) listener. A new feed will go up and will be planned only to be implemented when their terms are met on what a feede sets on his/her radio

Not sure what your asking. What happened? They don't ask much to supply a feed, and make it real easy for the feed supplier. Did you offer to setup a feed, how was your scanner set? Are you saying there are not enough tower feeds for your needs? What did you not agree to on their terms?

It's sure not very clear what you are trying to get across here. If you are saying that the operators of the site will only permit feeds that meet their requirements, what's wrong with that? It's their site.
