Question Win96 / Aircraft Freq. Quandry

If my frequencies in the Win96 software fall between 118.00 and 360.00 for my airport utilizing my RS PRO-2096 scanner, should these frequencies be set to AM or FM?

With very rare exceptions in the mil stuff, all air should be AM. But you're covering more than just air between those two freqs. Should be: 118 to 137, 138 to 144, 225 to 400.
