Question USAF Thunderbirds frequencies?

Does anyone have a up to date source(2009) for the frequencies the usaf thunderbirds team uses?
So far all I've found are outdated lists.

I won't be able to be in peoria july 10,11th for the show but I should be able to copy some of their traffic from 30 miles or so out!
