Need help with Fort Worth NAS

I just purchased a Radio Shack PRO-164, so that I could listen to Lockheed Martin, and the base.
I am new to using a scanner and I need some help. I am not sure what I need to do in order to listen in. I have visited the frequency list, but where do I go from there. Do I just input those known frequencies and thats it?
