DCMon, the FAA ATA-100 data doesn't really exist anymore. It is now called the National Airspace System Resources (NASR) Data system, and is distributed through the FAA's FAADS (Facility Aeronautical Data Distribution System ) System. I've got a user account on the site (you have to be approved for an account from FAA).
Lots of acronyms...
I've uploaded the latest distribution file set from FAADS to our site for easy access.

In any case, the FAA has been working hard to improve was the data accuracy of these distributions, but as Dave pointed out there are some inaccurate entries so don't rely on this in it's entirety.
