western Maryland - and the FM radio system was seriously deficient

The TRACON has gone through many changes in 3 years. Our wiki is much more current than that, as well as the database 73 Mike

The procedural info that I provided appears to be much more detailed than what is listed or linked in the Wiki.

If you go to the NTSB website and pull up the docket for the Trooper 2 crash, you will also find a cab diagram for the Washington Tower.

Then put the links in the wiki - that's what it's for - so things like this eventually doesn't scroll off the radar and get lost. We already have a page for the Md. State Police, and the TRACON as well 73 Mike
