USB and ARINC Question

Hello,

a. Are the ARINC and over the water communications out of Gander and N.Y. always USB ?

b. Same for: U.S. FAA Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCCs) ?

c. If so, is LSB used by anyone ?

Voice communications on HF air for the purposes you mention is USB, yes. Domestic VHF ATC and company ops is always AM for voice traffic, and that's globally for both bands for obvious reasons..
