I think that the private ambulance companies (Rural Metro, NorthStar) are all on southern linc. Sorry.

SouthernStink ruins all the fun.

Default Ems

Does anyone happen to know the frequencies for the EMS services (RPS, Rural Metro) that operate in St. Clair County? I've heard them a time or two receiving a dispatch on St. Clair Fire (154.010), both for county calls and for calls in Pell City with PCFD.

Default Ambulance Frequencies

You might try 155.160, 155.175, 155.205, 155.220, 155.235, 155.265 and 155.295. Some of the ambulances in rural areas might still be using these. I have heard some activity on some of these frequencies from time to time and it is usually from ambulances outside major metro areas.

You will hear Ambulances in ST. Clair county on "County Fire" from time to time, I think they are dispatched on SL. Blount EMS serves the Palmerdale area & you can hear them on Palmerdale Fire's 154.3850 & Blount CO. Fire 158.8350. They are dispatched on one of the UHF "MED" channels, 463.1000Mhz I think, it's really weak in my area.
