Default Second Decatur Electronics Communication system

I have recently discovered that there are two transmitters for the Decatur Electronics Communication LTR system. The one in the database is for the one in Trinity, and the one here is for Somerville. Although they have the same name, they are two separate systems, and the one in Somerville is much more active than the one in Trinity. Terry's EMS also uses this system more than the one in Trinity.

Before I submit this information to the database, I want to see if anyone is currently aware of this other system and if they have anymore information on it. I have heard three talkgroups on it so far:

0-01-100 Seems to be Terry's EMS.
0-01-102 Morgan County Transportation (possibly for schools)
0-01-103 Morgan County School Maintenance

If anyone is aware of this system, let me know. If no one has any other information on this system then I'll just submit the information I currently know to the DB.

Since nobody has any comment, I'll submit this information tomorrow.

I was aware of the system but have never monitored it. I figured it was cement trucks and other business users. I did know that Terry's AKA County EMS was using that system. I thought that MedCall was using it some as well although they may switched to Linc. If you do a geosearch in the FCC DB based on the coordinates for the 2nd DEC system, there are a couple of community repeaters at the same site.

So far I've just heard those three talkgroups. The one for Terry's EMS may also be used for Medcall, not sure. In fact what I'm hearing may be medcall. All the traffic on it is various drivers in route to hospitals around the county, and to other medical calls.

The other two talkgroups are transportation and maintenance, as the people on the system refer to them as such. I'm guessing they're both for the Morgan county schools, because I hear workers that are at schools county wide. One was even talking about fixing a roof. This may of been the replacement for the conventional school maintenance frequency.

Anyway, with the system as active as it is, it should be in the database. The one in Trinity is so quiet that I've removed it from my scanner.

According to the FCC license, I've put the frequencies in the following LCN order:

463.6875
464.6625
464.0000
464.2250

The EMS user is Terry's AKA County EMS. I saw a Medcall crew and they were carrying a SouthernLinc. I was talking to a County EMS crew and they had a UHF Kenwood H/T. Unit IDs should be 201, 203, 204, 208 and such.

Very good then. I've already submitted the information to the database, and I put Terry's EMS for the first talkgroup. I'm guessing they'll add this system as another site to the one already in the database.

I'm still a little uncertain about the other two talkgroups, although I'm almost certain that 0-01-103 is school maintenance. The other one I'm less sure of. Nevertheless though, I put them both down as transportation and maintenance, respectively, with a question mark next to transportation.
