Possible using the same clean up plain from Carnival Splendor 2010 fire event.
I'm sure lots of stuff will be replaced and new.
You could go read what people said when the ship went back into cruising.

Feb,2011 - ",so the ship was very clean and had that “new car” smell."

It is also amazing, how if the Cabins are so bad, they can just unplug them, slide out and slide in a new cabin or two.

Most of the work in Boston of late has been USNS fleet, or at the end of a Cruise Cycle, retro a Cruise Ship. Drop all Life Boats, Steam - Sand Blast, rip out, Paint and in 2 weeks or less back a-float

PS - Anyone in the Mobile Area, near the Dry Dock?? Would love some updated on-board Freq info as the last report I got was from 2009

The USNS contract has been going on for five or six years now, maybe more. Some of the ships get an extensive refit. When I was working days, I'd eat my lunch in the yard and watch the goings on.

I'll be in Mobile this coming week. I don't know that I'll have time to do any searching. There's a grandson there that needs spoiling and that's the priority.

Or ride a bus to New Orleans stay the night then straight to Texas. The Mayor from Mobile was looking at opening up Brokley Field for the larger Jets. Brokley could of worked in a pinch. There was over 100 busses that were used to move the people.
Is Brokley where Airbus is going? I haven't been down there enough to make a comparison of Pensacola vs Mobile yet. This time, Mobile was a better fit and neither was cheap.

More Biohazard than HasMat. Unpleasant bodily fluids, garbage, and plenty of other odoriferous stuff. A much lower level of protective gear for the workers and certainly much less threat to health and safety.

Still, I'm glad I'm not doing it.
