Does anyone know the radio unit ID's used by the Clay Contract Deputies? I know 443 is the County "beat unit" for this area but this is not the ID used by the deputies employed by The City of Clay "to provide enhanced police protection."
Thanks.

Years ago before web sites like this, finding this information was the fun part of scanning.

Listen to them, write down each dispatch, unit number, and address (check address jurisdiction, such as city, county, township, etc.) It won't take long to figure it out.

Thanks. There are only four Contract Deputies and they usually go off duty at about 23:00, then the County "beat car" covers their calls. I know I've heard one Clay Deputy ask dispatch to "sign me off as 1xxx and log me back on as 443 for the remainder", or words to that effect.

Yeah assigning a specific car to a specific radio ID for CH1 under JCSO wont do much good. They often change radios/IDs. I used to write down the IDs for each deputy when I started listening to JCSO but sometimes I would see 443 and 447 for example under different IDs each shift.

With that being said...that may change once their dispatch moves into #4 on center point parkway at the new dispatch office. The only agency dispatching from the new building using the new system is CPFD right now.

So far this is what I have for Clay Contract Deputies
1336
1109

443D - Clay, Pinson, Palmerdale area "beat car" (not a "Contract Deputy")
443N - Night Shift
(they are currently working 12 hour shifts, 10-42 time is usually 18:00 and 06:00)

Sorry, I should have said radio call sign in that post. The actual number on the vehicle is referred to as an "A Unit" and are not the same as the deputy's radio call sign (Example Axxxxxxxx)

those are not unit ids they are talkgroups the 1336 -this is the city of clay talkgroup. unless some thing has changed since my days at the sheriffs office the contract cars only had beat numbers. the only other id might have been a 800 series which were off duties.

I have heard dispatch call "thirteen thirty six" and I recognized the voice of the deputy that replied who is a Contact Deputy. As far as I know The City of Clay only has one Talkgroup ID and that's for public works.
