Help programming PR-106 in Fairbanks

I just bought a Radio Shack Pro-106 but can not figure out how to program it
Can anyone give me some insight?

where did you buy it? here in alaska. reason i'm asking is because i'am trying too purchase the pro-106 locally. i'm in anchorage ak. i own the psr-500, the programming is the same. just get the helpful and needed software at Butel Software program your freq's, talkgroups, conv, p-25, etc. also check the database for alaska here for the freq;s info and etc. hope this helps good luck.
