ht-1250 feedback problem

a ht1250 that i own is giving me sometype of feedback or interference after Tx. It will go thru the repeater and once im done talking it will make like a static noise that sounds like its picking up some type of signal (voice). Its not a roger tone or anything like that....im sure. I think something with the muting or repeater signal. Other listeners said once im done keying up, it makes a quick buzz/static sound and I hear it on my mic once im done keyup.

what brand of radio are others using? If it's a non-motorola system and you're using a Motorola radio, sometimes the PL turn-off codes aren't well liked by other brands due to differences in the specification for PL. Motorola, in their newer releases of CPS have a check box for "non standard PL turn-off code" or something like that which may remedy the problem.

Sorry I dont know much but I will find out.

Yes its motorola (cdm1250,ht750s, gp300s and ht1000s) but I use a ht1250. The base station or repeater combines 2 mobile (cdm1250.) 1 with a base mic and the other without a mic. It looks the the motorola GR1225. I will have to get a closer look and report back because I never got a change to look and see whats what.
