Tech ? / problem with Yupiter MVT-7100

Ok I just Got this yupiteru 7100 off Ebay it works it recieves and all.

However i have had Gotten Sounds of static low and high from the unit
Even while its clearley searching or scanning and even with Squelch at Full
and with antenna off i hear it off and on also putt in fresh batteries.


Any Ideas On what it could Be ???

Anyone have any Idea how hard it would be to Replace the BNC post or guts on Yupiter mvt-7100
looses sig if you don push on the antenna going into the bnc post .

Ok nevermind i found a seperated solder from the bnc connection to pc board post.
