Default Korean YH-996XTCD Uniden Clone!!! + Upgrades

I have a supplier of radios and other electronics devices in Korea they announced that they are releasing a YH-996XTCD looks almost identical and has same spec's a the Uniden Version except for the display Hi rez LCD and built in USB controller and Video Out for larger display and a Lithium Battery Pack! They say it has their own firmware and can be flashed with third party firmware "Uniden" provided is ARC-XT demo disk & their own dynamic display / radio control software.

Multiple colors are Available, Black, Red, Blue, Gray, Green, ETC

I placed one on my sample request list...

I have ordered many cloned items from this company always good quality.

I emailed them and got the response as follows:

"Sorry to inform you that we are not producing this Trunking Radio Scanner, and no plan yet"

I just thought i would fill you guys in on this. Although it's a bit vague if they intend to produce it in the future?
