Hello all-

I hope someone can help me out here.

I turned on my scanner yesterday and everything works fine except the screen is blank. The back light comes on, all buttons work, just no screen...??? Any suggestions to what is wrong?

Welcome to Radioreference jckustoms. You may want to do a full reset. This will erase the memory.

Turn the radio off.
Press and hold the [FUNC] and [MONI(LOCK)] keys while turning the radio on.
Press the [1(MEMO)] key.
Press the [ENT(SET)] key to reset the all settings to their factory defaults (press the [CLR(P.SET)] key to cancel the Reset procedure).
