Default 3D Print Box for ADCR25_PRO2.

If any have this receiver and only have it on print. Then I have made a 3D print to put this fine receiver into a BOX.
The only thing to do is to print it on a 3D printer and then put the receiver into the BOX.
Drill some hole and find some very small screws to hold it together.
I have attached 2 stl files for this BOX. .

Sad that this receiver no longer being sold.

I hade hoped for more updates.

Only change (bit order) from 5.10 are the needed narrowband fusion demodulation neccessary to decode amateur radio.

It is a quick fix from Andrey so the info will still come up as FW 5.10

Thankyou for taking the time out and posting the firmware Ubbe , its appreciated mate

Hi guys!

Is someone has a ADCR25 VHF receiver that is not used / not need? I am looking for one used for some particular and very special task. I know that project has stopped and there is no future for this device, but it's OK.

PM me please if you have.

Thanks!

Glad you're back doing them. Was sad when I heard you had stopped. Still hoping for one that covers VHF better.

I'm thinking people may be a little unsure about this after how things went last time around...

Strange. Just announcement and no responses to client's questions again.

Default NEXEDGE96 Auto-Scan Bug

That's great news, because I luv this little board.

I am using Tuner 5.10, FW_5.11 on a 412 MHz board, and on a 5 frequency NEXEDGE96 system, no encryption.
When I use [memory scan], all works fine and the radio stops and decodes audio on the busy channel for the duration of the call.

But if I set up (enable) stand-alone [auto-scan] mode it never stops on the busy channel but it does decode the audio for the short time it waits on that channel while it looks for the "busy" indication, but then moves on.
The board remains connected to the host computer with Tuner still running.

I have tried having a single voice channel frequency entered into two consecutive memory positions and then no other frequencies entered into the board, then start [auto-scan].
But it does not seem it "just missed the signal", it doesn't get the "busy - stop here" signal.

Noise floor -119db, Active signal -90db, Gain 0db, 7-element beam
Wait 400mS, Hold 1000mS
Adjusting wait or hold does not help.

Thank you.

I don't think the the author has been heard from since he posted that message back in February.

At this point, I think it's a dead product.

Hopefully somebody else has better news for you.

I reported that to Andrey in may 2016. I don't know if it works ok in 5.10 as I couldn't get that version to decode NXDN.

If the developer reads me... can you open-source the product ??? At least we could keep on developping it !
You could sell the boards and the community could take over the firmware development !

He was asked about it and he said that will never open the sources, because they are used somewhere else.

You could probably make a tidy little sum making these boxes for people who don't have 3D printers. I'll be the first to ask what you'd charge!

Russian hacker. DVSI license fees not paid. Explains the low price and somewhat iffy performance.

Why he must pay fees if no DVSI chips or code has been used? It's a proprietary code written for Analog Devices DSP chip. You must pay DVSI if you use their products, like chips or patented software/DSP code.

But you can write your own code!

If that were true, then Uniden and Whistler scanners would be much cheaper.

You're kidding. They are full of bugs. Uniden event can't fid DMR Direct Channel. But you ara talking about writting digital radio comms code from scratch. They can't do such kind of things!
