Question FT-920 I need help, any Elmers?

Hello all, I have a ft 920 that has blown outputs and they are discontinued and they cost 100+ Each..They Are MRF255 And i need some help crossing them with another transistor.I have been looking at an SD1405 as a replacement So i need a radio guru supertech to help me out here..Thank's Via N4DXX

Yes it will work and has been done before. As you have already seen it is a lot cheaper.
