Default MH-48 Mic cord replacement

Just curious if anyone knows if Yaesu sells just the mic cords for the MH-48 mics?

One cord has a break somewhere in the cable, and the second has a problem with the mic connector.
I tried to put a new RJ-11 on it, and that is such a PITA !

Open up the owners manual (or find it online) and look up the service facility number(possibly toll
free) and call & ask for the parts dept. Tell them the model number of the radio and the mic and
they probably still sell them.

As long as you have a decent crimp tool it should work just fine - and btw its either RJ-12 or RJ-45
connector. RJ-11 = 4 conductor, RJ-12 = 6 conductor, RJ-45 = 8 conductor.

Thanks.. I called Yaesu today and ordered the mic cable.
It was $27 + shipping.

Still better than the $60 for a new mic.
