Ice Comm 1.0

For programming the ICOM IC-7000 Radio. This is the first public release of this program, so bear with me if there are any glitches!

Features:
-Programming of 5 banks, plus scan edges, plus a scratch bank for organizing
-RadioReference Import Support
-Printing of your channels/frequencies
-EZ-Grab for importing frequencies from webpages
-Export to CSV
-Many other features
