Default Vintage military radios

I wasn't sure where to post this, so please excuse me if this is in the wrong forum topic.

Does anyone know much about vintage military radios? My dad was a communications chief in the US Army for 20 years (Korea and Vietnam), so I've had a long standing interest in radios from this era.

I lost my dad in 2006 and wanted to get him one of these old radios before he passed but nothing panned out. If anyone knows a reputable source (preferably some place I can look at them in person in So Cal, but I'm willing to buy it online) for these, I would greatly appreciate any info you can share. I would prefer something in working order, but it's not critical. I've been collecting various military items from these two eras since I was a kid, and this would really be a great addition to my collection.

thanks everyone!

NOT FOR SALE, but I have a World War II era US Army Signal Corps Radio Receiver BC-312-N. I just love to see those big old tubes just a glowing, it is a lot of fun!!!

Good luck in you search and it was too bad it didn't work out the way you wanted.

They are neat radios, but not very user friendly. They sometimes require odd power sources too.
This site used to have ads in the classifieds for them.

Good luck!
