Default Yaesu FT-60R split tone and wide/narrow?

Can my Yaesu FT-60R work with a repeater that has split tone but it's only CTCSS. I can only get it to work with open tone and not closed... A repeater I use, uses 110.9 to get into it, but has a 141.3 tone out.. and I dont want to have to hear traffic not on the 141.3 tone... I hope I didnt make that question too confusing...

Also, when would I change the setting "Wide/Narrow" on my radio?

Thanks so much!
