IC-V8000 Programming Cable and Software

Hello, I was wonder on a programming cable for the IC-V8000. What type of cable an I looking for and what software can I buy or download to program the radio with my different channels with alpha tag, freqs, pl zones and etc.. Thanks much!

ICV-8000

Try Universal Radio shortwave, amateur, scanner and CB radio since 1942. Go to mobile radios under Icom and at the bottom of the accessories is your answer. I have had good luck in ordering from them in the past.

I Have the Same Radio the only Problem it wont open up to any band Above the 148 mhz freqs
i went on a few tech nets about this and got the same answers that the software will not do it either due to a diode in the radio
