Default homeland security and ham radio

who do I talk to in order to get a possible grant for ham radio maybe to add antennas up at each fire dept in the county please private msg me the info. thanks

Your best bet is for the FD or County EM contact Homeland Security for a grant. They may require that the ham radio operators also be trained in FEMA IS-100, 200, 700 and 800 (ICS and NIMS courses).
