It is a Sweepstakes exchange:

1322 is the consecutive serial number, Bravo indicates that you are running as Single Op High Power (greater than 150 W output), then your callsign, check 76 is the last 2 digits of the year of first license for either the operator or the station indicating you were first licensed in 1976 and finally, your ARRL section.

You can send the nickel to my address on QRZ!
