Callsign exchange? Somehow I don't think that's legal but you can borrow one when operating another station, just keep it warm and don't forget to feed it once in a while.

The callsign is NĜIU - November Zero India Uniform (NOT Zulu) and I am in Missouri. Actually, it is a vanity call I chose because I graduated from Indiana University. The club station at the university is K9IU and I wanted KĜIU, but it was already taken so I took the next best thing!

EDIT: If you go the ARRL website, you can do a callsign search (from the FCC ULS database) where you will find out where that person lives. It will also show links to several other popular callsign servers.
